Welcome to Paso Robles!
If you’re staying for multiple days, there’s lots of fun things to do!
Wine Tasting
Paso Robles is wine country! Literally dozens of wineries to visit and taste! If you’re into that, be aware that some wineries require a reservation for tastings which can be made easily day-of on their websites. Here is a map and links to an info site about wine and the area!
Some of our favorite wineries:
(And Croad obviously)
Tin City
Tin City is a fun spot with lots of tasting rooms, breweries, and restaurants to check out.
Kitchette
Kitchenette is a great breakfast spot in Templeton just south of Paso. Get there early to avoid a wait.
105 S Main St #1, Templeton, CA 93465
River Oaks Hot Springs Spa
This is a great spot if you want to rent a sulfur spring hot-tub soak for an hour or two (very reasonbly priced). Bear in mind the weekend of our wedding is Mother’s Day weekend, so if this is something you’re interested in, book sooner than later!
Hearst Castle
About an hours drive from Paso is Hearst Castle, this former home now museum, is a great example of what a person can do with unlimited money.
National Parks
For the Non-California attendee’s, these National Parks are not out of reach. The ones located in the Sierra Nevada’s are a half-days drive and well worth the visit. This will be a busy time of year for all of them (Especially Yosemite) so make your plans early!
